Our Return & refund policy is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction.
At east coast scentsational melts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on our products. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene and integrity of our products for all customers.
However, if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, we do not offer refunds. Once the package leaves our studio, it is then in the hands of the shipping courier. However, please reach out to us and we will contact the courier on your behalf and do our best to track down your package or assist with the next steps regarding any damage claims.
