SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to our Shipping Policy section.

 Here, you'll find all the essential information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in transparent and straightforward communication to ensure that our customers are well informed and confident with their choices.
 
 

We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $18 on all orders ( $20 flat for BC). Shipping rates has increased.

  • We offer open bins as well (perfect for TikTok orders and add-ons!). An open bin allows you to shop multiple times, add items as you go, and ship everything together at a later date. If choosing open bin, please choose OPENBIN at checkout. When you’re ready to ship, shipping will be charged at that time of being shipped. Shipping starts at $18/$20(BC) but shipping invoice will be sent upon shipping your items from open bin.

  • Untracked Letter mail Option: Certain small items such as bookmarks, pens, keychains, stickers, and lip balm are eligible to be shipped via untracked letter mail to provide a more affordable shipping option. Please note untracked letter mail is used at the buyer’s own risk. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing untracked mail. If you prefer a more secure option, we recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout.

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days ( not including weekends or holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see your tracking email, please check your junk folder.

 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or broken packages once they have been shipped. We will however assist with tracking or next steps on damage claims through the courier upon request.
